Live Surgery

The viewing of live surgery is an essential part of surgical training. On Wednesday-and Thursday morning live surgery will be broadcasted from the OR to the lecture hall. The quality of the video and audio signals is excellent, and with four cameras and an endoscopic view no detail will be missed. To further enhance the learning experience the live surgery is interactive, the attendees can ask questions and an expert panel is available in the lecture hall to allow a thorough comment and discussion.

During these morning sessions two interesting rhinoplasty procedures will be performed. Special focus will be given on:

– Evaluation of the functional- and esthetic features
– Surgical assessment
– Step-by-step dissection and reconstruction
– Packing, dressing and postoperative care.
